This policy explains what information My Fades Poster collects when you use myfadesposter.com and what we do with it.

While you build your poster

Your photos stay in your browser while you edit. Nothing is uploaded until you check out.

What we collect

• Your finished poster. At checkout we upload the finished poster image, which includes your photos and shop info, so we can print or deliver it.
• Order details. Stripe handles payment, and we never see your full card number. Stripe shares your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and shipping address with us.
• Messages. If you use our contact form or email us, we keep what you send.

How we use it

To make and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, and keep the records we need for taxes and accounting. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes payments.
• Printful prints and ships posters. It receives your poster file, name, shipping address, email and phone number.
• Netlify hosts this site, stores poster files and receives contact form messages.
• Our email provider sends order emails.

How long we keep it

• Poster files that aren't bought are deleted after about 3 days.
• Poster files that are bought are deleted about 45 days after purchase.
• Order records are kept as long as we need them for taxes and accounting.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies for payments and fraud prevention.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email myfadesposter@gmail.com. This site isn't meant for children under 13.
