Terms of service

These terms apply when you use myfadesposter.com to build, buy or download a poster. By placing an order, you agree to them. Questions? Email myfadesposter@gmail.com.

Your photos and information

• You must own the photos, logos and other content you put on your poster, or have permission to use them.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give My Fades Poster and our print partner permission to use it only to make, print and deliver your order.
• We don't use your photos in our own marketing unless you say we can.
• Don't upload content that is illegal, explicit, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights. We may cancel and refund any order that does.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• If we can't fill an order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Printed posters

• Posters are printed to order on enhanced matte poster paper. Colors can look slightly different in print than on your screen.
• Print quality depends on the photos you upload. Blurry or very small photos will print blurry.
• Shipping, damage, cancellations and returns are covered in our shipping & returns policy.

High-res files

• When you buy the file, you may print it as many times as you like, at any print shop, for your own business or personal use.
• Your download link works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. Save the file somewhere safe.
• Don't resell the file or offer it as a template.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
